To come up with the branding and marketing campaign for the launch of this luxury development that is inspired by Central Park in New York.

Central Park, one of the largest and most iconic green spaces, where it seamlessly blends nature, convenience, and attractions. How do we bring the essence of Central Park into a development in Singapore?
We invite the future homeowners to discover a verdant oasis of natural wonders only minutes from metropolitan convenience. From branding and social media to print, every element was thoughtfully designed to showcase the diverse features of this exceptional development.
Branding
The logo portrays the property as a home harmoniously nestled within nature, with branches extending to the various activities and attractions near Parc Central Residences. The logotype is meticulously designed with a touch of art deco sophistication. Paired with a sans serif font, the overall logo exudes a refined and contemporary vibe.
Social
Spanning over 4 months, each social post was curated to highlight different features, for example, using cinemagraph to showcase their luxurious lake pool, 360° photo to show the expanse of their fitness zone or a Broadway-inspired post that ties in with their sales gallery.
